From above disscussion we may simply conclude that entrepreneur is person who loves to take risk to get profit and fame.
2) Difference between Entrepreneur and Intrapreneur
Many people get confused between the word entrepreneur and intrapreneur. The basic and most important difference between this two words is that entrepreneur is founder of any business or startup and intrapreneur is the manager or employee of company who works for the promotion of that business.
Furthermore we can say that Entrepreneur is the owner who have all the freedom of taking decisions for the well-being of business, for which he may face risk, while in case of intrapreneur they find new ideas for growth or they only manage business which include less risk factor. For this work Entrepreneur gets returns or profit while Intrapreneur gets a fixed salary and bonus. 3)What Entrepreneurs do?

There are dozens of qualities a good entrepreneur should have, among which few are listed here,
a)risk taker
In above discussion sevreal times the word 'risk' has come. Actually there is no entrepreneur who did not take risk. This is the superiorest and must have quality within the entrepreneur because nothing great comes without taking risk.
As the most famous quote said by the founder and CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg
"The biggest risk is
not taking any risk"
From above quote you can get the importance of risk in entrepreurship, if Mark Zukerberg had not taken this then facebook has never been made.If Mukesh Ambani wouldn't had taken the risk of investing more than 150000 crore while launching the telecommunication platform Jio, without expecting single rupee profit in first year of launch then jio has never been made.
b)vision
A entrepreneur should have a vision for the future. A good entrepreneur thinks 5-10 years ahead of normal person about his business ideas.
Initially people laugh on the entrepreneurs innovative ideas but later Same pepole appreciate their ideas. Every new startup or business face many problems and rejections in their initial period. Ordinary people do not see what entrepreurs see, remember that great things take time

There is great say that
"hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't works hard"
The great things always come after hard work. There is no choice for hardwork.The late nights and early mornings of hard work will definitely pay one day.
d) Leadership
Always remember that good entrepreneur is always a good leader. A entrepreneur should motivate his staff or teammates time to time. He should communicate effectively with his colleagues talking about the future goals of company, new ideas about the business and also the problems teammates face during working.
e) Consistency
Consistency is key of success. Most entrepreurs failed because they gave up too early, it is not importent where you start but it is important where you finish.
In this world 97% of people work for 3% people who work consistently and never give up. You have to choose to be in first category by giving up or work consistently for your business or startup and make your place in 3% pepole.
